Fashion Scout marks its 20th anniversary this London Fashion Week with its biggest emerging-talent programme to date, placing a new generation of designers at the heart of its landmark September season.
OTW Edition 01 presented eight designers whose practices move from sculptural couture and British tailoring to 3D fabrication, woven textiles, cultural identity and the relationship between fashion and art.
Across Fashion Scout’s wider alumni are names including Iris van Herpen, David Koma and Phoebe English, while Ones To Watch alumni include Eudon Choi, Susan Fang, Maximilian Raynor and Orange Culture.

Following Adolf Maldonado’s Ones To Watch debut in February, he returns to Fashion Scout with growing international momentum.
This collection delves into the world of the praying mantis, its colours and textures, again explored through macro photography. It’s also a commentary on climate change. Some pieces are exceptionally labour-intensive, the fringe trousers feature over 3,500 hand-sewn fringe threads, making them one of the most time-consuming pieces the designer has produced.
