Interested in submitting to London Runway? First, check the requirements below to ensure that your content will fit. We also recommend reading an issue or two to get a feel for our style and aesthetic.
Photographic Submissions
We are not currently in a position to offer compensation to any contributors unless invited. We hope to change this in the future, but for now, we can only offer full credit and tearsheets.
If you are a photographer or show organiser, you can find our catwalk or presention guidelines here. We accept catwalk and presentation galleries ONLY from on-schedule LFW or GFW shows from the most recent season. If your show does not fit these categories, it will need to be submitted as a paid placement (options via our media kit).
Please note we currently only accept other forms of photographic submissions through Kavyar. This includes editorials, portraits, brand features, portfolios, social media placements, or so on. You can read below our guidelines for all types of submission, but bear in mind that emailed editorials will NOT be accepted. We appreciate the basic courtesy of reading our guidelines and sticking to them!
Written Submissions

LONDON RUNWAY ONLY ACCEPTS PAID PLACEMENTS FOR WRITTEN SUBMISSIONS.
If you are a writer/PR agent looking to submit an editorial piece or interview, please submit work only if it meets the following requirements:
- Articles MUST be related to fashion; other acceptable topics include lifestyle, London, accessories, the craft of modeling or photography, but all should link back thematically to fashion
- We have set interview formats for models and brand owners. Please submit images via the photography submission options above in the first instance. Once your photos are accepted, you will receive our list of questions
- For all other articles, if unsure, we recommend pitching your idea first to editor@londonrunway.co.uk
- Pricing starts from a minimum of £25 for web placement only. Articles will remain on the website permanently, and you may include up to two links in your post
- We are not able to place new links within previously published articles
- Get in touch early, as we often have a queue of two/three weeks in advance
- We are unable to use images that we are not 100% sure are royalty-free. If you do not have your own images supplied by your own photographer, we prefer to use royalty-free stock images which we source ourselves
- Article submissions to editor@londonrunway.co.uk in .docx or .doc format, or as a link to a Google Doc
- Check our media kit for digital issue submissions – all digital issue articles are also reproduced as posts on the website for extra exposure
