Exchange, Refunds, and Returns
We accept exchanges, refunds, and returns on unopened items purchased from our store. The items must be returned sealed and in a saleable condition, except and unless the item in question is faulty or broken on arrival.
To arrange a refund or exchange, please email email@example.com stating your order number.
Please be aware that as we operate on a preorder system for many of our items, an exchange or replacement item may not be possible due to stock quantities.
Which Products are Excluded from the
Exchange and Refund Policy?
The following items cannot be returned unless the item is incorrectly delivered, faulty or defective:
- periodical (s), book (s) or magazine(s)
- preorder items
Additionally, we regret that we cannot cancel orders of the same once they have been placed and paid for via our online store. This is due to the fact that the order may already have been processed and shipped, or in the case of preorders, already sent to our supplier.
Incorrect order details
If you have placed an order with the incorrect details, such as recipient name or address, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. We offer no guarantee of being able to change these details as your order may already have been processed, but we will endeavour to make a change where possible.
In the case of orders not being delivered due to incorrect order details on your side, we regret that we are not able to offer refunds or exchanges. We take no responsibility for orders in which the address has been entered incorrectly on the customer side.
